I was happy to read something about West Virginia on this website. I knew that we had a camp for war prisoners here in West Virginia. My mother grew up in the town of Talcott, right in the same area almost. This West Virginia Encyclopedia is a great way for people to learn about West Virginia. We should be proud of West Virginia.
